CANCELLATION Policy
- 24 hour notice is required
- If reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance then you will be charged (one) 1 night's stay for each room reserved.
NO SHOW Policy
If you reserve a room and do not show up, you'll be charged 1 nights stay for each room reserved
PET POLICY
- In an effort to keep our rooms free of allergens, 12 of our units are pet free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged each time the policy is violated.
SMOKING POLICY
- In an effort to keep our rooms free of allergens, all rooms are smoke free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged each time the policy is violated.
KEY RETURN Policy
- A $50.00 fee will be assessed if keys are not returned upon checkout
