Very quiet and peaceful. Jesse and Jim made me feel very welcome and right at home. I was traveling through the area and stumbled upon this place. I am from the south and didn't know about all of the ATV and snowmobile trails all over the state. Thanks for the great hospitality y'all.

Recently under new management and I had a great experience! Comfy beds, spacious rooms and the staff is simply the best!

Very nice motel. Peaceful and quiet. We got lost on the way & the office closes at 10pm but they called me & I said we were still coming so they kept the office open. Very nice.

Been around for years nice quiet place north of Danbury

We stay here a couple times a year. Staff are very nice. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. The price is right too. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I have had a good stay at the Trailside a couple of times. The rooms are clean. The people that run the place are very accommodating. It is a family-run place so best to speak with the people there if you have any questions on arrival times and the like. That said, I booked online and it worked well.

Excellent value, nice owner. The rooms are well laid-out, with a large bathroom and a spacious area to hang your clothing. Quiet location, which we appreciated. Though no "continental" breakfast, doughnuts, cookies, and coffee were available. The owner was kind enough to switch rooms for us so we could check in early.
